So awesome to make my own healthy ice cream (5/5 Stars)
It's so awesome to make my own healthy ice cream; I couldn't be more pleased with this ice cream maker. It was quite a bit more affordable than some of the other options I considered and I'm happy I chose it as it works perfectly. In a way, there isn't much to a functional ice cream maker so spending a bunch of money on one seems silly -- You've got a double walled metal bowl filled with water inside the inner walls of the bowl, which goes in the freezer so that water turns into ice. And then you need a strong enough motor to turn the paddle through whatever ice cream mixture you put inside as it slowly hardens. Lastly, there's a built-in timer which generally needs to spin the ice cream for the full timer length of 30 minutes. This Aikoc machine does all of that flawlessly and my ice cream came out amazing. I also made my own dairy/sugar free recipe with coconut cream, honey, vanilla extract, egg yolks, and a a raspberry swirl, which was delicious and way better for me than what I can typically find in the supermarket. Overall I totally love this machine, and look forward to trying out lots of recipes
