Surprisingly nice sounding beginner violin (5/5 Stars)
We weren't sure what to expect for the affordable price, but we needed to get my little sister a beginner violin and I have to say we're pleasantly surprised. You also get a very protective hard carrying case with shoulder strap, a shoulder rest that can be adjusted, decent bow with rosin, handy tuner, and extra backup strings. The violin is made of spruce and maple with a fingerboard of ebony so it's actually quite nice looking. It took her teacher only half an hour to set up the violin, tune it, and apply the rosin to the bow. Her teacher was also able to really make the violin sing, so we're super impressed with the value of this violin package.
